Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to review and may incur a processing fee if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Custom or specially ordered items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
